Injections are administered by trained professionals and may include, but are not limited to, the following: B12, B-Complex, Lipotropic C, NAD+, Vitamin D, Amino Acids, CoQ10, Ketorolac, and Promethazine. Additional injections may be offered based on individual need and provider recommendation.
Benefits of Vitamin Injections: Potential benefits of these injections include increased energy, enhanced metabolism, improved mood, immune support, muscle recovery, and relief of inflammation or pain. These benefits vary based on the ingredients used and individual health conditions.

I agree to report any adverse effects to the medical team promptly.

I release and hold harmless Down-to-Earth Wellness Center, its providers, and staff from any liability associated with these treatments, except in cases of gross negligence or malpractice.
