Financial Policy

At Down to Earth Wellness Center (DTE), we are committed to providing transparent, value-driven care. Please review our financial policy to better understand your responsibilities and our billing practices.

Insurance

Down to Earth Wellness Center operates primarily as a direct pay practice. However, we accept insurance for lab work through LabCorp, which provides the most comprehensive coverage for our clients. While some prescriptions may be covered by insurance, compounded medications such as LDN, peptides, and hormone creams are not eligible for reimbursement and must be paid out-of-pocket.

Payment Expectations

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept pre-payments, and services will not be rendered without full payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash and card payments for most services; however, memberships and provider access fees must be paid via card only—cash is not accepted for these items.

Refunds

All sales and services are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Payment Plans & Financing

We offer payment plan options for:

-Total Wellness Kickstart Program

-Peptide Therapy Programs

On a case-by-case basis, financing may be approved for other qualifying services. Please inquire in advance if you require accommodations.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments that are missed or canceled without proper notice will be subject to our cancellation fee, as outlined in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Late cancellations reduce our ability to serve other clients and are taken seriously.

Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, a fee will be assessed. Details are outlined within each applicable contract (e.g., memberships, peptide programs). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that payment methods on file are current and valid.

Outstanding Balances & Late Fees

Balances not paid in full at the time of service may be subject to:

-Late fees

-Collection efforts

-Legal action, if necessary

We strongly encourage clients to communicate any financial concerns proactively so we can work with you before it reaches that point.

Membership Billing

Rejuvenate and other wellness memberships have specific billing terms outlined in their agreements. These include automatic monthly billing and cancellation guidelines. All membership and provider access fees must be paid via card—cash is not accepted for these.
